Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Prosa (prosa.page), you agree to these terms of service. If you disagree with any of them, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Prosa is a web application that allows you to upload text documents and rewrite them paragraph by paragraph, with voice dictation tools and AI-powered style consistency analysis, available on all plans.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Prosa.
• You may not use the app for illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
• You may delete your account at any time from the settings.

4. Content Ownership

All content you upload and write in Prosa is yours. We claim no ownership rights over your documents. By using the service, you grant us only the permission necessary to store and display your content to you.

5. Plans and Payments

• Free plan: up to 5 documents. First 3 AI analyses use the Standard model; subsequent analyses use free-tier models, subject to availability.
• Standard plan: unlimited documents, subject to fair use. Prosa reserves the right to contact or limit accounts that show patterns of automated or abusive usage exceeding normal human use. AI access exclusively with paid models, subject to fair use, whose providers publicly declare they do not use API data to train models. Prosa does not independently audit those practices and makes no guarantees in this regard.
• Pro plan: unlimited documents, subject to fair use. Prosa reserves the right to contact or limit accounts that show patterns of automated or abusive usage exceeding normal human use. AI access exclusively with paid models, subject to fair use, whose providers publicly declare they do not use API data to train models. Prosa does not independently audit those practices and makes no guarantees in this regard.

6. AI Service Usage

Prosa's AI features are designed for typical writing and text revision use. If we detect an unusually high volume of requests suggesting intensive use outside that context, we may reach out to you or apply temporary limits to ensure service availability for all users.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Prosa available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily interrupt the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prosa is provided "as is". We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or any indirect damages arising from use of the application. We recommend exporting your documents regularly as a backup.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may stop using Prosa at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Prosa after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
